10 Last-Minute Easter Projects

Just a couple more days until Easter and if you’re like me, you could use just a few more decorations. Both my grandchildren are joining us for Easter dinner and I want to make the house as festive as possible … but of course, I’ve waited until the last minute. I found a few Easter projects that can be done rather quickly and thought I’d share some of them with you. (Please visit original site to pin photos to Pinterest.)

Bunny-Banner-via-Ribbons-and-GlueHow adorable is this wood veneer Bunny Banner from Ribbons and Glue? I’ve got the chicken wire and an old frame. I don’t have wood veneer but hey, any material could work for this. Cardboard, scrapbook paper, burlap. I think this is pretty gosh darn cute!

Yarn-Carrots-via-Carolyns-HomeworkThese precious Yarn Carrots from Carolyn’s Homework are easy to make and add both color and whimsy as one of the 10 featured Easter projects. They look great piled on a plate like this, or could be placed one on each plate at the table. So cute!

Egg-Place-Card-via-Carolyns-HomeworkAlso from Carolyn’s Homework are these elegant Egg Place Cards. I love everything she does!

framed-moss-bunny-via-Craft-WarehouseLove this original idea of creating a framed Moss Easter Bunny from Craft Warehouse.

Candy-Carrot-Cone-Craft-via-About-Family-CraftsAnother of our quick and easy Easter projects is this cute ribbon-wrapped Carrot Cone from About Family Crafts.

Pom Pom Bunny Tail BuntingI just adore this darling Pom-Pom Bunny Tail Bunting over at Bombshell Bling. I’m also eyeing the gorgeous window frame she hung it on. I’m a sucker for anything that has pom-poms on it (did you know I was a pom-pom girl in college? Maybe that’s why).

Wood Easter Blocks via Ribbons and GlueAnother of our 10 Easter projects is from Ribbons and Glue are these festive Wood Easter Blocks decorated for the holiday!

Speckled-Easter-Eggs-via-Carolyns-HomeworkIf you prefer softer colors at Easter time, you might enjoy these DIY speckled eggs from Carolyn’s Homework.

Fairy-Garden-Easter-Basket-via-Garden-TherapyFinally, this Fairy Garden Easter Basket is from Garden Therapy. So intricate and pretty, this Easter project is a little more labor intensive but I could see creating something similar for Mom on Mother’s Day. Stephanie gives the full tutorial making it easier!

I love all of this Easter projects! We’re supposed to reach 70-degrees Easter Sunday. That means I can have an outdoor Easter egg hunt for the kiddos this year. We’re all wearing some type of Easter bonnet for dinner and it’s fun to see what everyone will be wearing. I bought my Easter “bonnet” yesterday for just $1!  I might embellish it a bit just for fun!

Easter-Table-SettingThe table’s all set for Easter dinner. I’m making cornish hens. Happy Easter to Everyone!

  1. Oh my! How pretty is everything. The tablescape is one of the prettiest I have seen. So Spring! I love the nest with the speckled blue eggs and I just have to get that chicken wire that I keep saying I’m going to put behind some of my old frames. Your post was a delight!
