3 Tips for Staying Confident During Cold Season

Are you familiar with that stinging sensation you first encounter when you feel a cold sore coming on? When I was a single mom, I had some very difficult moments. My children were my inspiration to keep moving forward. Today, my grandchildren provide a similar feeling.

    I love your decorating blog. It is the only one I follow these days.
    Just wanted to share with you that I work for a dentist (in Vancouver, BC Canada) and we are having great success with laser treatments for cold sores. As soon as the patient feels a tingle we get them in. It takes seconds to treat and often does not recurr in the same spot, if it does, it will require a future treatment. If you get them frequently, I would encourage you to talk to you dentist or find one who can help you.

  2. My tip for feeling confident is to change the way I think. I feel more confident when I stop thinking negative, and start thinking positive about my life and smile more, walk more confidently. It has really helped me feel more confident and enjoy my life more.
