Colorado Mountain Home with Rich Style and Texture

home tour November 7, 2021

Today’s Colorado mountain home overflows with warm hues and rustic elements that are sure to warm your heart. Rhea Crenshaw Interiors decorated this rustic beauty, filling it with rich color and textures. From the stunning stone fireplace to the rough hewn beams and posts, each room is just as amazing as the next.

Warm tones and textures like leather upholstery provide creature comforts. The rooms have a neutral backdrop with pops of color appearing in fabrics and wall art.

Rustic beams and floor-to-ceiling windows create impressive architectural appeal in the Colorado mountain home. I’m wondering how many yards of fabric were used to create curtains for that expansive wall of windows.

Rustic textures continue into the kitchen with a gorgeous kitchen island and beautiful pendant lighting. Custom tilework above the stove adds a touch of feminine pattern to soften the room.

Beautiful farmhouse doors line a hallway, breaking up the monotony of a long corridor.

A rustic bed takes center stage beneath a unique chandelier in the master bedroom. Pretty prints on the bedding and curtains create visual interest with layers.

An amazing copper soaking tub is a wow factor in the bathroom. The beautiful tile work is a special element and the whole room is just lovely. The toadstool table adds a little whimsy.

Another bedroom uses pretty fabric and patterns to create a comfortable sleeping space.

There’s plenty of room to explore outside the Colorado mountain home.  Take a journey up the stone steps to the woods beyond.

What a gorgeous view for an amazing home.

    HI Jennifer
Love this home. I think my favorite photo is of the back porch with the stone steps….Do you live in CO? I’m outside Denver.
