It never ceases to amaze me how many beautiful homes are out in the world. Sometimes it’s the architecture that stands out, other times the interior decorating is the wow factor. Today’s Oyster Pond Estate has an amazing combination of the two! This home is so huge, they call it a compound. Choosing room photos…

Link up your Christmas decor, crafts, or recipes at the linky party below. But first, let’s see a recap from our week-long Christmas Extravaganza! Here…
Today’s charming home tour is filled with warm and cozy appeal. You’ll find texture and vintage treasures within the walls of Randolph Cottage. Built by Bret Franks Construction, this endearing charmer is part of the Southern Living Plan Collection. The home is decorated by Park Hill Home. This is such a beautiful home, I think…
A couple weeks ago my hubby excitedly walked through the door and told me about a new thrift store just 10 minutes from our house. Yes, hubby likes scouring the thrift stores just as much as I do and he was anxious for me to see it. It’s a huge store and I found a…
Do you watch Chip and Joanna Gaines on Fixer Upper? If you answered yes, then you’re well aware of what shiplap is. If you answered no, you still might know what it is. I love watching Fixer Upper on HGTV and wish Joanna would come decorate my house. She uses shiplap freely in houses that…
Wrapping presents has always been an artform for me, and this year I did something different.Rather than purchase pretty papers and ribbons, I used leftover burlap from my daughter’s wedding.I made bows, wrapped boxes with it, and also added some twine (also from her wedding).I threw in some white kraft paper to keep everything looking…

Love it all.
I love the simplicity of it all Jennifer. No fuss and clutter, just beautiful useful pieces and a lovely touch with the white glasses like your grans. Don’t you love it when you find thrifty finds that remind you of a time in your own childhood.
Very fresh looking, Jennifer! Love the simplicity of your table setting. The book page runner is very creative. We are going to our daughter’s for Christmas day also. I still have no idea what we are having Christmas Eve, but it will just be myself, hubby and our son so I’ll keep it easy and simple.
Jennifer, I LOVE your touches of Christmas in your dining room. I need to work on mine today. I just may borrow a few of your ideas. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas, Gail

Love the green and white. I have lots of red this year so this gave me the idea to do some white with all of it on the table. I have lots of white so no excuse to do the same old boring thing I always do.

SO pretty! Love the book page runner idea. I’m impressed, you’re ready for Saturday already!
Simple and festive, Jennifer. I love it!
So soft and pretty. I love the simple decor and what a great idea to decorate each plate with a couple of bulbs. The green looks perfect against the neutrals.
It’s all so very pretty…love all of vintage ornaments that you have used.
