A Full Week of Holiday Decorating!

It’s finally here! A full week of 30 DIY blogger homes all decorated for the Christmas Holiday House Walk organized by Jennifer Rizzo. Are you ready to enjoy them all? I know I am! I look forward to this week each year. My home tour is tomorrow, but since I’ve taken literally hundreds of photos, I thought I’d share a sneak peek of some of the Christmas details with you today. You won’t see any of my holiday decorating room reveals until tomorrow though!

DIY Santa Picture - DIY Holiday ArtworkMy DIY Santa picture from last year makes its appearance again.

It’s in a new spot … I won’t tell you where though.

You’ll have to come back tomorrow to find out!

Bottle Brush Christmas Tree in White Ironstone Shaving CupOne of my DIY bottle brush trees fit perfectly in an ironstone shaving mug.

The candleholders are from Jennifer Rizzo’s flea market booth.

Glitter Script StarI can’t remember where I found this glittered French script star.

I love anything glittery at the holidays. You can’t have enough sparkle and shine!

Bottle Brush Christmas TreeBy now you know I love bottle brush trees. You’ll see plenty of ’em tomorrow.

This one used to be green. I bleached it, added a bit of white paint, and a few shiny baubles.

I shared more of these bottle brush Christmas trees when I showcased my vintage mantel.

Red Wire Basket of Vintage OrnamentsThis year I didn’t put as many ornaments on my flocked Christmas tree.

Instead, I decided to place them around the house in different bowls and baskets.

Vintage Aqua Bottles Create Pretty Christmas VignetteMy vintage aqua bottles make a reappearance in this year’s Christmas decor.

I’m so happy to have all my holiday decorating done.

I can now spend more time with family and friends in the weeks leading to Christmas.

Mason Jar with Holiday Berries and GreensYears ago I found this iron hanger thingy with a ring that holds jars.

My blue Atlas jar fits perfectly. I had a few leftover berries and greens that I stuffed inside.

Now head on over to Jennifer Rizzo’s blog to start the Holiday Housewalk!

But before you go, enter to win a copy of the new book, Creatively Christmas!!

    1. I’m sorry, Joane, but I really don’t know. The numbers were on the house when we bought it. Sorry I can’t be of more help.
