The result is a gorgeously serene home. Upstairs, pops of color are used to personalize bedrooms.
Upon seeing this home, I immediately fell in love with the textured stone floor, shiplap walls, custom built-ins, and the use of pale wood. It feels so peaceful and calming.
You’ll find arched doorways throughout the New York State home. Custom trim is used in every room and greatly increases the home’s appeal. A soft wallpaper adds interest to the powder room.
The kitchen applies wood beams to a shiplapped ceiling. White cabinetry and subway tiles provide the backdrop to the minimalist decorating style. Uncluttered shelves and counters allow your eye to be drawn to the large picture window with amazing waterfront views. Who needs artwork when you have the scenic outdoors to enjoy?
The dinette between the kitchen and family room enjoys a unique light fixture suspended from the beamed ceiling. The white and wood palette allows the eye to easily flow from one space to the next while enjoying unencumbered views of the waterfront home location.
A pair of arched doorways flank the pass-through fireplace at the far end of the living room decorated in simplistic Scandinavian style.

This home is so beautiful and serene. Not loving the busy wallpaper, but otherwise almost my dream home. Love all the kitchen storage. I am pretty much incapable of being this minimal, but really admire it.
This home is lovely, but…I am just so much back into color now. Kind of going back to reds, blues, rich yellows, greens.
It’s beautiful, but a little too much white for me. The kitchen was huge! Liked the flooring they used. The girl’s room was sweet. Overall a lovely home.
