Moscow Chalet in Wood and Warmth
When I first started my blog I never would have thought I’d feature a home in Moscow, but today isn’t the first time I’ve shared one. I think this Moscow chalet with all its warming wood will appeal to you.
Â
The kitchen enjoys a modern country style with warm wood cabinets and narrow ceiling beams.
Â
Â
Planked walls continue from the dining room into the living room. Touches of red and gold create a warm and inviting look.
Â
I love this cozy reading nook softened with linen drapes.
Â
You’ll find more books on a landing in the stairway under a charming little window.
Â
Upstairs, the bedrooms in the Moscow chalet are just as warm and cozy as the first floor rooms.
Â
Some of you may be feeling that this home has too much wood, but I think its light tone keeps it fresh and appealing.
Outside you’ll find plenty of rustic appeal, like this covered patio that provides plenty of dining and outdoor living space.
Â
Â
You can see a whole lot more of this Moscow chalet by Yuri Grishko over at Houzz.
I did notice YOUR mushrooms on the landing!!
I love looking at other countries and the style of homes and clothing. This is a lovely home, i loved the kitchen and all the nooks for reading, thanks .
I love how they’ve blended the traditional wooden frame house with modern touches and colours. It’s very chic!
