Palmetto Bluff Home in Blue and White

Gorgeousness. That’s how I would describe today’s airy beach style Palmetto Bluff home that’s simply decorated in a classic blue and white color scheme.

The kitchen, dining, and living room share an open concept floor plan with expansive views of the property. White walls and window trim don’t distract the eye from admiring the beauty outside.

I love that the ceilings, walls, and trim are all painted white to show off the other details in the Palmetto Bluff home, like the rafters, light fixtures, and custom cabinets.

This Palmetto Bluff home is located on a family compound where you’ll also find a guest house and carriage house. All of the buildings are truly amazing and beautifully decorated.

A soft gray and blue ocean portrait is nestled above the white fireplace with a tile herringbone pattern.

The tile back splash in the Palmetto Bluff kitchen continues the soft blue, gray, and tan color scheme seen in the dining and living rooms.

Even the staircase has an open and airy vibe. I love how a little bit of storage is added with a pretty blue country cabinet.

Bedrooms are peaceful and serene, with plenty of windows to continue enjoying the outdoor views.

And speaking of outdoors, let’s check out some of the Palmetto Bluff home’s exterior spaces – like this amazing porch with a wonderful swing for whiling away summer afternoons.

On the front porch, a simple farmhouse bench  with pillows is all that’s needed to create a friendly welcome.

Such a beautiful home in Palmetto Bluff!  The house is built in reverse fashion, meaning the living areas are on the second floor and the sleeping quarters are on the first level.

  1. Beautiful natural light in this home, but a little too much white for me. Thank goodness for the tile in the kitchen area – it adds a lot to the decor. My favorite room is the porch with the swing. I love outdoor spaces and especially like the idea of winding the rope around the swing chain instead of using just a chain or just a rope. I may complain about too much white, but I’d live there in a minute! :>)

  2. Love the touches of blue! Very classy and tastefully done, but a little too much white for my liking. There are touches I really love….like the fireplace and tile in kitchen, etc. Thanks for sharing…..beautiful home!

  3. Loved the ceiling and the pendant lights. My favorite by far was the porch swing. I am like the others in that it was too much white although very airy. A very beautiful house thanks for sharing.
