Hello, i enclosed pictures of the kitchen I redid in our vacation rental in OceanView De near Bethany Beach : one of the most beautiful beach towns. I live in Ca and the rest of my family was in Md . After my parents passed we all purchased homes in Ocean View to have a place for family gatherings. To afford this i rent out our home part of the year with VRBO 1830431 at 11 Jodi Ct. Ocean ViewDe 19970. The home was empty and the kitchen dated which i redid for about $6,000. The main goal was to open up to the pond view: flattening two tiered peninsula, removing upper cabinets , soffit and shortened dividing wall by1 ft ( labor costs about $2,000) Painted oak cabinets misted green. Most counters replaced with Stella quartz in creamy white by Troy granite for $2,3110. Wall shelves: Fountain Valley by Wayfair at $115 per unit . Counters on regrigerator side of kitchen: butcher block,acacia by lumber liquidator at $149. Kitchen table and chairs by Overstock at $ 499. Light fixture above kitchen table from Pier One:Light fixture above dining: Marianna Cognac Glass $201.49 from Overstock. Grey fabric dining chairs from Target, wood green dining chairs from Anthropologie and grey bar stools: Gavin by Joss and Main 2/$99.99.
