Updated Bathroom with Claw Foot Tub and Walk-In Shower

Normally I feature a kitchen every Thursday, but I’ve decided to mix it up in 2021 with a variety of room tours. With that in mind, welcome to this beautiful updated bathroom by Lauren DeBello Interiors with a claw foot and and modern walk-in shower!

This minimalist style bathroom marries new and vintage in such a refreshing way. You get the appeal of yesteryear with the tub, along with the modern amenities that create a spa-like environment.

Take the shower, for example. It has a large shower head along with a shower wand. Built-in shelves and a small ledge provide ample space for shampoo and other toiletries. Note that the shower floor tile is a smaller hexagonal pattern shown in the bathroom floor.

The faux olive tree and vase with greens at the sink lend an organic touch as well as an element of softness.

A large black vanity with white marble counter top makes a statement with matching industrial style mirrors above each sink.

Walk-in showers are such a luxury and I love when a tub is separate from the shower. Especially when that tub is a free standing claw foot tub!

  1. Wow! Huge shower enclosure. I like the fact that they have the fixed shower head as well as the hand-held option. Love the tub and I’d be spending a lot of time there. I’d take the works if it was given to me!
