We’re wrapping up International Wallpaper Week with a final post about wallpaper inspiration for any room in your house. You might find some of the patterns, and some a little too bold for your taste. But as the old saying goes, “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder!”

My mother put a grasscloth wallpaper in my brothers’ bedroom, similar to this blue one, but in brown. I remember picking at the wallpaper to pull out some of the grass, which was fun, but didn’t make my mother happy.

Normally I’m not a big fan of geometric prints, but I do like the wallpaper inspiration in this entryway. Maybe it’s the color that attracts me.

Thank you for this post. I love wallpaper. RIght when I was about to strip some down after several years, it seems to be coming back in style. It doesn’t matter what they say about wallpaper becasuse there is no doubt that adding texture to the walls adds a cozy warm feeling to every home.
I loved your wallpaper week. I really do like wallpaper but seldom use it anymore since prices for “good” wallpaper are most times out of my budget, and compared to the price of paint, there’s no reasonable choice. Also, I tend to hang art and decor on my walls, which pretty much is never compatible with wallpaper patterns. When it come to wild wallpaper patterns, I even like the wild designs, although the problem with a wild design is that every other piece of furniture and decor MUST be chosen to complement that design or it looks really bad. There’s something out there for everyone and I’m happy to see wallpaper making a comeback,
The fish paper was fun!
I loved that wallpaper in that kitchen it was pretty. I have been on vacation up in Minnesota and saw a lot of wallpaper on walls in some of the places i stayed and toured. Thanks Jennifer it’s good to be back and see what you have for me.
