Mango Banana Smoothie with Lemon

Mango Banana Smoothie


  • 2 c. plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 c. fresh or frozen mango cut into pieces
  • 1 banana cut into pieces
  • 2 T. honey
  • 2 t. grated ginger
  • 1/3 c. rolled oats
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 t. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. ice cubes
  • 3 t. chia seeds plus more for topping
  • pinch of tumeric


  1. Combine yogurt, mango, banana, honey, ginger, oats, lemon juice, vanilla, ice cubes,and 3 teaspoons chia seeds in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses for serving. Drizzle top with honey; sprinkle chia seeds and tumeric on top. Leftovers can be stored in refrigerator up to 5 days.
