Pop two bags of plain microwave popcorn. Place in large bowl.

Melt white chocolate in medium bowl in the microwave. Pour melted white chocolate over popcorn. You can work in smaller batches, if desired. Add red and green candy coated chocolate pieces. Spread mixture over parchment paper-lined cookie sheet. Sprinkle with red and green cookie sprinkles. Let cool.

Prior to serving, gently break the popcorn into smaller chunks for easier eating.
