9 Cool Blue Bathroom Ideas
Yesterday I finally chose flooring for our downstairs bathroom. I’ve already got the wallpaper and paint but the floor needs to be laid first. I’m also shopping for a new vanity and toilet. I didn’t think the changes would be as extensive, but one thing leads to another and before you know it, a simple project becomes more complicated. But I’ll save that story for the day I share the reveal. For now, I’m featuring a collection of cool blue bathroom ideas serve as inspiration.

Here’s another pretty floral wallpaper in a bathroom. I plan to put paper in my downstairs bath sometime before Christmas (I hope). This bathroom is from the Southern Living Idea House that I featured yesterday.
A teal blue bathroom gets decorated with a graphic tree shower curtain! The strong color works in this small space due to the use of black and white tile.

Clever Bathroom Ideas to Try Now
Hard to choose a favorite but I am leaning towards the one with the blue penny tile. I love the shower and sink. Perfection. Although I would love any of these for my dream bathroom.
You know that I’m considering painting our lower kitchen cabinets a blue color, right? Thanks for the encouragement. Beautiful spaces!
I love the wall paper in the Crane House bath. I think a wood cabinet with a different mirror would /could make a big statement.
These are some pretty examples, can’t wait to see what you decide to do .
Very pretty. I’ve been wanting to do both my bathrooms for some time now but I just haven’t decided how I want to go with them.
I really like the black and white floor. It is a timeless color combo and any color change will go with it down the road.
The contemporary blue, green and white floor tile is so eye-catching and fun but I have never regretted the daisy-printed black and white penny tile bathroom floor I put down 11 years ago. I still delight in it every single day. It’s classic and I think will always remain true to my 1950’s cottage-style home. Everyone that visits comments on how cute it is. Can’t wait to see what you choose, Jennifer.
