Cozy Fall Inspiration: Beautiful Homes, DIY Projects, and More Friday Finds
Wednesday night hubby and I ventured into Chicago for a comedy show and dinner at Topo Gigio – a favorite Italian restaurant. I love all the different neighborhoods of the city and we were in the Old Town district. My only regret was we didn’t have enough time to explore so I’ve already been checking out Airbnbs in the area for a return trip.
This week I found plenty of treasures for today’s Friday Finds. From a cozy Massachusetts home decorated in neutrals and texture to a vintage Anne of Green Gables style bedroom, there’s lots of eye candy along with a tasty fall dessert recipe and a Halloween craft. Enjoy!
First up, one of my favorite blogs is Dear Lillie and Jenni recently shared some fall decorating in her cozy kitchen and in her living room. She has such a warm and charming home that she just moved into!
Do you decorate for Halloween? My friend Jennifer Rizzo shares how to make a vintage-inspired paper rosette garland for the upcoming holiday. Not only does she include the instructions, but you can download the free graphics to create it. Looks like a fun project for a rainy day!
Our local coffee shop, The Corner Grind, has been selling fresh flower bouquets from a local flower farm. I’m gifting myself a bouquet from them every weekend and sure have enjoyed the fall arrangements. But if you’re a DIYer, you’ll enjoy Michael’s tips for creating fall bouquets. He breaks it down into an easy-to-follow manner. While you’re there, check out some of his recipes like Chocolate Peanut Butter Scotcheroos. Yum!
Sarah recently shared her daughter’s bedroom decorated in an Anne of Green Gables style. She did a fantastic job and I love every square inch of it. She found some of the furniture on Facebook Marketplace.
And finally, take a tour of this cozy Massachusetts home that’s perfect for the fall season. If you love neutral tones and earthy vibes, this is the home tour for you!

So honored to have been included! Thank you so much! Have a great weekend!
