This past Saturday and Sunday were dirty days for me. Meaning – I spent a good chunk of time out in the garden moving plants and pulling weeds. It’s exhausting and therapeutic all at once. Although I have a few minor sore muscles today, I feel more invigorated than had I sat on the couch watching the Olympics all weekend (and believe me, that was tempting to do!).
