How’s your summer coming along? Good, I hope! I’ve started a new walking program and am loving it. First thing in the morning, I put on my running shoes and head outside, but I walk instead of run. I’ve got a subtle but nagging injury that flairs up every time I run. Thankfully, my calf is okay when I’m walking. I love starting the day outside and first thing in the morning the temperature is super comfortable. But enough about me, let’s check out today’s Style Showcase. The farmhouse is lovely and a sensible renovation as still a blank canvas for future owners to put their own stamp on. For me the balustrade on the staircase was not in keeping with the rest of the house so was a miss. Have black by all means but that design is too modern and harsh. It would be the first change I would make. I wouldn’t say no to the house as overall it is lovely.
