Charming Home Tour ~ So Much Better with Age

Charming Home Series, home decor, home tour September 14, 2014

Have you heard of Industrial Beachy French style?

If you’ve ever visited Jamie at So Much Better with Age then the answer is probably yes since she coined that term to describe her decorating style.

Jamie loves vintage and anything French, which you’ll see as we take a tour of her charming home.

French Style Dining RoomJamie loves neutrals and her choice of muted colors looks great with her dark wood floors.

The dining room hutch on the far wall looks rich against the pale wall.

The chandelier here lends a bit of the rusticity that puts the “industrial” into her style.

French Style Living RoomJamie’s living room has lots of feminine French appeal

A pretty upholstered ottoman works double time as a coffee table.

More neutrals look polished and pretty in this bright, sunny room.

Bright and Elegant Foyer at So Much Better with AgeAnd speaking of bright and sunny, there’s plenty of sunshine streaming into the foyer.

Another rustic chandelier adds character while the double doors make an impressive entry.

Vintage Style White KitchenJamie’s kitchen oozes charm with a vintage flair.

A farmhouse sink is paired with a beautiful faucet and backed by subway tile.

A quaint little butcher block takes center stage.

White Kitchen with Breakfast NookAdjacent to Jamie’s charming kitchen is a pretty dining nook.

Are you noticing the theme of unique lighting fixtures throughout this charming home?

I love the simple orb above the table.

Vintage Bathroom with Claw Foot TubJamie has done a lot of remodeling in her home, and I love what she did with her powder room.

A charming claw foot tub teams up with black and white flooring for a vintage vibe.

The circular mirrors make me think of bubbles coming up out of the bath. So cute!

Master Bedroom at So Much Better with AgeIn the master bedroom, a wall of busy bees sets off the bed with its upholstered headboard.

Master Bathroom in Neutral TonesAnd in the master bathroom … charming luxury awaits.

I love the details in this room like the glass door and the round mirrors.

And of course, the his and hers vanities! No bumping elbows in this spacious bath!

Outdoor Deck and Patio FurnitureOutside on Jamie’s deck, comfy furniture awaits!

Be sure to visit Jamie and her charming home at So Much Better with Age.

She shares a lot of information on the transformations of her rooms.

I adore her entire house. I seriously think I could move rightin (now I just need her permission – haha). I especially love her farmhouse sink & faucet. They are gorgeous! I need to copy that in my home.
I would like to invite you to see the pretty sunflowers I photographed in Provence. My blog is:
