Christmas Centerpiece Ideas for Fuss-Free Entertaining

Christmas November 29, 2019

Now that Thanksgiving is over, it’s full-on Christmas mode! Today I’m joining blogging friends to bring you Christmas centerpiece ideas for fuss-free entertaining! (This post contains affiliate links.)

Fuss-Free Christmas Centerpiece

The inspiration for my Christmas centerpiece is this rustic star that’s actually a tree topper!

I used greens to create a table runner of sorts, and clipped the cutest little faux candles to the greens.

The candles are remote-controlled so you don’t have to touch them to turn them off and on. You can also make them different colors, or let them rotate on their own from one color to the next (red, yellow, blue, green, and white). I like them white.

After placing the greens and adding the star and lights, I tucked a few green bottle brush trees into the mix.

Bottle brush trees are probably my favorite Christmas decoration – after the big tree, of course.

In total, it took me about 20 minutes to create this simple Christmas centerpiece. The most difficult part was clipping the candles to the greens. But fortunately, the candles are on a pivot that allows you to easily adjust their straightness.

Christmas Table Setting

If you’re a regular reader of my blog, you know that I love to create table settings and centerpieces. Next week I’ll have another one on Tuesday, along with my Christmas home tour on Wednesday! I’m so excited to share it with you.

A link for the candles? I have some but they are a real nuisance. This turned out well.

      Hi Teddee!

Honestly, I don’t remember where I bought the candles. I know I grabbed them on sale for just $5 a box after Christmas was over last year. I think I found the same ones on Amazon but they’re not on sale.
