25 Must-Make Fall Desserts!
Is it just me, or does everyone like to bake when fall rolls around? I’m sure the cooler weather makes it easier to turn the oven on and create delectable fall dessert recipes. Here’s a list of 25 must-make fall desserts you don’t want to pass up!
First up on the fall dessert list is my favorite Sweet Potato Spoon Bread with amazing caramel pecan sauce. It’s just the right size dessert!
Next up is a beautiful Pear Cake Tatin by Inspiration for Moms. In case you’re unaware, “tatin” means “carmelized and baked in the manner of an upside-down cake.” This one is pretty and sounds scrumptious.
A similar dessert is my Apple Upside Down Cake that’s pretty easy to make!
How beautiful is this Rose Apple Tart by Tikkido? I recently found Nikki’s blog and it’s filled with all things amazing! This is a perfect fall dessert when you need something on the lighter side.
If a dessert has chocolate in it, I’m all over it! I love the simple beauty of this Chocolate Chip Pound Cake from Christina’s Adventures.
Pumpkin and chocolate. The perfect pairing. Don’t believe me? Try Pumpkin Pie Brownie Bars from Simply Designing.
While we’re on the topic of brownies, how about these decadent S’More Brownies by Home.Made.Interest? Double Yum!
Another sweet morsel from Tikkido is Eggnog Custard Pie with a gingerbread crust. Have I died and gone to heaven? I think this pie will be on my Thanksgiving table next month!
If pretty fall desserts are on your radar, give Gingerbread Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting by Ella Claire a try. It’s highly photogenic with sugared fruit and greens piled on top for decoration!
It wouldn’t be fall without the most classic of fall desserts – my Homemade Pumpkin Pie. I make mine from scratch every year. The flavor is so much better when you create your own pumpkin puree as opposed to buying it in a can.

You are making me hungry, these are some great choices, thanks. When it gets cooler i do love to warm up by cooking, i went south for a get away and it snowed in New Mexico,it’s suppose to be warmer there, lol!!
Omigoodness! It snowed in New Mexico?? Hope you enjoyed your trip! It snowed here today for about 15 minutes – right as I was leaving to get a few things for Christmas! LOL. Thankfully it didn’t stick. It’s a little early to be snowing here.
