Cutest Hot Chocolate Mugs Ever – and Cocoa Recipes!

home decor, Recipes November 16, 2020

We’ve survived another weekend and it’s on to a new week! On Saturday I made a mad dash to Royal Wren in Geneva to snatch up the cutest hot chocolate mugs ever. I had seen them on Instagram and knew I had to have them. (This post contains affiliate links.)

I mean seriously, how cute are these little marshmallow mugs? Royal Wren is yet another boutique on Third Street, Geneva – my favorite place to hang out and shop. They specialize in unique foods like honey, crackers, cheese, and more.

They also have unique kitchen and dining items – like these adorable little mugs that are perfect for a shot of hot chocolate! You’ll find a few cocoa recipes at the end of this post.

While in the store, I picked up Fly Bird Botanicals Cacao, or drinking chocolate. It’s soooo good! It’s made with organic, heirloom raw cocoa and vanilla bean. A match made in heaven, if you ask me. You can mix it with either milk or water. I used milk and hubby and I enjoyed a sip on a blustery Sunday afternoon.

You can get your own set of the cutest hot chocolate mugs ever, in the shape of marshmallows, on Amazon. Mine don’t have handles, but you can find handled marshmallow mugs, too. They’re perfect for Christmas presents!

Normally I like to make my hot chocolate from scratch, but the Flying Bird Botanicals cocoa is pretty darn close! Following are some hot chocolate recipes you might want to try.

I believe those have to be the cutest hot cocoa mugs I have ever seen. All they need is a peppermint spoon. Cheers!

The Mugs and Chocolate are wonderful for Hostess and Thank You gifts. The Royal Wren would be my favorite shopping place also.
