Friday Finds #46: Loving Spring
Hello friends! Are you ready for some pretty amazing inspiration today? There seems to be a never-ending supply of great ideas on the internet, whether you’re looking to spruce up your home, add new plants to your garden, whip up a new recipe, or dream of a new place to travel.
Speaking of travel, hubby and I head to Chattanooga, Tennessee next week! I’ll be sure to take photos of some of the sights and of course – pictures of houses and neighborhoods too. If you’ve ever been to Chattanooga, let me know what we should see while we’re there. Lookout Mountain and Ruby Falls are definitely on the list!
Before leaving, we made sure to get vaccinated for the virus. We both got the Pfizer shot and didn’t experience any side effects. My daughter, however, got sick for one day after getting the second shot. I’ve read that older people have less difficulty (go figure) with the vaccine. Plus, my daughter previously had the virus and I’ve heard that people who contracted it earlier are more likely to experience side effects from the shot. Anyway, we’re ready to go!
I hope you enjoy this week’s Friday Finds! It’s always fun for me to share inspiring ideas with you every week.
Are you familiar with the Wyse Guide? If not, you need to be! Kaleb is a blogger/instgrammer who lives, decorates, and gardens on a farm in the middle of corn fields. He loves rural living, is super talented, and has a fun personality on Instagram. You’re going to be amazed at his kitchen remodel.
Need inspiration for your porch? Or maybe you just want to enjoy some front porch eye candy. Whatever the case may be, you don’t want to miss these front porch decorating ideas from Country Living magazine.
Courtney at French Country Cottage is always a huge source of inspiration for me. I love her style and her photography. Check out her ideas for decorating with neutrals in the living room.
Are you a fan of hydrangeas in the garden? If yes, be sure to check out Southern Living’s photo gallery featuring beautiful hydrangea gardens.
I hope you found something to inspire you and lift your spirits this week. Spring is in full bloom here and I’m going to try and relish every second of it! I know you will, too.
Thank you for the wonderful post today, Jennifer. Love all of those porch ideas. Have a great and safe trip to Chattanooga.
Thank you, these were so much fun and loved all those porches. Have a safe and fun time in Chattanooga.
Chattanooga is a beautiful city. I highly recommend the Tennessee Aquarium which is located downtown along the Tennessee River. The Aquarium is a beautiful, interesting place. We’ve visited several aquariums around the country and the Tennessee is definitely the best. Afterwards you can stroll along the river walk behind the Aquarium.
