A Colorful Kitchen, Bathrooms, Seaside Towns + More: Friday Finds

Spring is officially here – finally – and some of you might be taking a trip for spring break. Or perhaps you like to stay home and avoid the crowds. On a whim, my daughter and I decided to head to South Carolina with my granddaughter during the first week of April. We’re staying in Beaufort but will likely spend a day on Hilton Head Island too.

It’s been many years since I’ve been to low country and I can’t wait to visit again. There’s just something about those live oak trees dripping with Spanish moss that captures my heart every time I see them. I know I’ll take several pictures of the southern historic homes to share here on the blog – so stay tuned for that!

If any of you are planning to travel this summer, here’s a list of the cutest seaside towns in the south. I’ve only been to one of these locales – Tybee Island in Georgia. I can think of several more seaside communities that should be on the list. You’ve probably got a couple of favorites too that aren’t listed.

Now that spring is here, you might be thinking of your outdoor living spaces and what you might do differently this summer. Consider a new set of Adirondack chairs which are a classic outdoor seating option. Explore this collection of these popular chairs and how you might use them in your own spaces.

Enjoy the weekend – I hope you have decent weather!
