Best Halloween Decoration Ever
Are you enjoying All Hallow’s Eve? I don’t really do a lot of decorating for Halloween, but this year I lucked out with the best Halloween decoration ever! No, it wasn’t a flea market or Ebay find. It was something I found outside. Something that gives you warm fuzzies! Something that doesn’t spook you but instead makes you smile every time you see it.
Say hello to Felix! We rescued him and he’s such a sweetie-pie. Not at all scary.
Actually, he’s the scared one here. I was vacuuming and found him hiding behind this pitcher.
He’s named after Felix the Cat – my favorite childhood cartoon!
So I turned off the vacuum and grabbed my camera real quick.
That’s when I realized he’s the best Halloween decoration ever! A black cat!
We lost one of our beloved cats this year, and Felix has made a nice addition to fill that loss.
See his white whisker? I thought these photos were perfect for sharing on Halloween.
Last Halloween I shared my cozy candlelit bubble bath in my claw foot tub.

Black cats are the best…we rescued one four years ago and he is a wonderful part of our family…and the best Halloween decoration too! Congrats on your new cutie!
Aww, Felix is adorable. How lucky he is to have such a good home to live in. Sweet pitchers and pitcher too. 🙂
Felix is beautiful!
Felix is adorable! I just love cats – my little Skippy was found along a road when he was tiny – right at the time our 20-year-old cat passed away. He needed us as much as I needed him (he is a black and white “tuxedo” cat). Enjoy your little Halloween kitty! 🙂
OK… that first photo of Felix….. love it! Put it in a frame.
I love Felix and he is the perfect Halloween decoration!!
