Easy Fall Centerpiece

School has begun, the days are starting to shorten, and Fall decorating is on my mind.

Today I’m joining some blogging friends for the Autumn Abounds blog hop.

We’re all sharing seasonal decorating inspiration.

I’ve chosen to create an easy Fall centerpiece that you can easily do yourself.

Romantic Fall CenterpieceWhen the days get shorter, I enjoy lighting more candles throughout our home.

Candles on a French Bread BoardFor this easy Fall centerpiece, I simply lined candles up on a wooden French baguette board.

Create a Fall centerpiece with candles wrapped in decorative scrapbook paperEach candle is wrapped in decorative scrapbook paper.

Simply trim the paper as the candle burns down.

Fall Centerpiece with Candles and Wine CorksTwo layers of burlap ribbon lay underneath the baguette board to create softness.

Wine corks, berries, and blue flowers fill the spaces in between the candles.

Candles on French Baguette Board Creates Romantic Fall CenterpieceI love using my baguette board for centerpieces.

Simply fill it with different objects for a fresh look.

Last year I lined Baby Boos on it for a festive Fall centerpiece.

Rustic Fall Table SettingFor the place settings at my Fall tablescape, I used book page placemats.

Simply glue the edges of 6 book pages together using a glue stick.

If you have young children, they’ll love helping you make them.

Paisley napkins add color to a rustic Fall table settingColorful paisley napkins are the inspiration for the table’s color scheme.

A stretch of twine tied in a bow creates a makeshift napkin ring.

Fall table setting with layered plates and wooden salad bowlsI love to layer plates and added wooden salad bowls to lend a touch of rusticity.

Wine and Candlelight Fall DinnerIs anything more enjoyable than a wonderful meal served with fine wine?

Early Fall Farmhouse Table SettingNow I just need to figure out what to make for dinner!

  1. Jennifer, I am loving anything that is EASY! And this centerpiece has WOW factor too! I adore the candles wrapped in paper and the use of wine corks. So much texture and warmth! I now know what to do with my baguette slicer that I love but sits on top of my frig! So much inspiration, as usual!!!! Pinning and featuring on fb!

  2. Jennifer such a pretty table. I enjoy burning candles starting now and through the winter. I think I keep Bath and Body Works in busy with their candles, LOL. Pop over, I started posting the new house.

  3. Very pretty! I love the baguette board and the ribbon underneath is such a sweet detail! The wooden salad bowls are fantastic! I think fall and rustic go hand in hand!

  4. Your table and your home always have a welcoming and comfy look. Love baguette holder with candles. I have different sizes and colors of candles but putting paper around candles will disguise different than white colors to some degree. Thinking about putting candles on a cake pedestal on our shutter shelf for centerpiece since we don’t have dining table/area at all. Decorative corks help add texture and design on your table. Everything you put on give eyes something interesting to look at. Your stacked plates are perfect on table. Guess I just love it all huh?
Need to go take couple loads of laundry down, should be dry with nice temps, good breeze to dry them. Love hanging out laundry in gorgeous weather as we’re having. Not too hot at all, just right. Should be out painting chair I bought at thrift store recently. Love older style of chair. Trying to decide if it will get painted all one color or more. Want it to be happy looking so think it’ll be couple colors at least. Better get clothes off line so I can hang towels. Love how they smell being dried outside. Hang sheets out also when I can. Happy weekend
