Embrace the Best of Both Worlds with a Pink and Green Living Room
Would you? Could you – live with a pink and green living room? Last week I shared colorful dining rooms, and today it’s colorful living rooms with hues of pink and green. I’m especially fond of this first room that features a wallpapered ceiling. Velvety green chairs cozy up to a pink velvet sofa for a fresh, fun look.

I’ve featured this lovely living room before because I’m smitten by the Asian-influenced chairs. My first rental home as a married person was decorated in an Asian vibe and I’ll always love this look.

This open space exudes femininity with a large dose of white accented by pink and green. Even the chandeliers in the background are dripping with a few green crystals. The pretty, patterned rug in the living room keeps the pink and green theme going.

For the ultimate in romance, a matching set of bold pink loveseats flank an ornate, white fireplace mantel. Chintz floral fabric covers the upper half of side chairs while a dotted green fabric adds softness on the seats. The pale green walls are the perfect hue to bring it all together.

A green grass cloth lines the walls of this modern glam living room while pink curtains add a shot of bright color. The velvet sofa wears an appealing greenish shade of aqua.

If you’re fearful of adding too much color to your living space, opt for pink and green pillows that can be swapped out with other pillows to set a different mood.
The same can be done with painted furniture and accessories. Here, a little pink cabinet is set with a green lamp, candles, and plants.
A beautiful, English style pink and green living room is energized with lively patterns. Creamy walls and drapes lend an air of elegance. So pretty!
Love this living space with green walls, a rattan chair, wire bird cage, and unique dog figure looking out the window. Even a whimsical rooster makes the scene. A pink floor pouf adds a subtle pop of color.

So what do you think? Could you live with a pink and green living room?
Love your blog! I could live in a pink and green room but my husband would hate it. I have a room in shades of green, ivory and taupe and it so restful.
I love these rooms! Green and pink are such complementary colors. I have always thought that combination would be lovely in a sunroom or solarium. We are re-doing a sun porch this spring, so maybe…:) Thank you for sharing!
They were pretty but, I did like the first one the best. Pink in accessories is the easiest way to add pink and green.
GORGEOUS
All so pretty, LOVE the dog figure. No, could not live there, but they are beautifully done. I have a spot where it would be perfect to do the wallpaper on the ceiling.
I love the bright pink loveseats and floral chintz chairs. Then there is the charming pink pouf with the puppy at the window. Love this post, thank you.
The glass birds bowl in picture #3 is awesome!
I had my bathroom those colours 45 years ago. Loved it
