How to Make 5 Minute Mason Jar Candles
If you need a quick and easy Fall decoration that’s economical and looks pretty too, then you’ve come to the right place! Using just a few items, I’ll show you how to make 5 minute mason jar candles for Fall that create cozy appeal in your home as the days grow shorter. You don’t even need to melt any wax for these charming candles.
Whenever I need a fast and easy decoration, I typically turn to mason jars.
They’re so versatile and I have a stash of them in my cupboard.
Be sure to start with clean jars. You can use large or small jars for this candle project.
Next you need your filler. I used this bag of cracked corn from the local farmer.
I had to laugh when I saw it was on sale. What a bargain!
Fill your mason jars almost halfway with the cracked corn.
Take glass votive candles and twist them down into the cracked corn about halfway.
You want to make sure enough of the candle is above the cracked corn so you can see the flame.
When the sun goes down, light your candles and enjoy.
They look pretty on their own, or group them together for visual impact.
I hope you’ll give these 5 minute mason jar candles a try.

Love the idea of the cracked corn. We had mason jar candles at my daughter’s wedding in September – but filled with sand.
Love this idea Jennifer! The cracked corn looks pretty in the jars.

Great idea, I love quick and easy. I just picked up quite a few of the glass votives at a thrift store not too long ago just because I knew they would come in handy for a project someday.
