15 Handmade Gifts for Mother’s Day

Mother’s Day is right around the corner and there’s still time to make mom’s day special with handmade gifts. My mother is no longer with me, but there’s no reason I can’t give a gift to my daughters who are moms. While store-bought presents are always nice, there’s something special about a gift you make with your own hands. Here are some ideas that you can still create before Mother’s Day. Scented candles are perhaps my all-time favorite of handmade gifts to give. Don’t let candle-making intimidate you. They’re actually fairly easy to make and you can choose from a variety of scents. Find pretty jars for your scented candles to make them all the more special.

Linen Spray

Back to my favorite fragrance, I always have lavender linen spray on hand. I use this when ironing, also spray it on my pillowcase and bed sheets before going to sleep. The scent calms my nerves and helps me relax. Mom will love to have this and it’s so easy to make.
