Bridal Luncheon with the Girls

Last weekend I invited my daughters over for a lite lunch and a bridal planning pow-wow. My daughter Stephanie gets married this June (her sister Bridget got married last October). Bridget had a country style wedding while Stephanie’s big day is all glitz and glam. It’s been fun having 2 very different wedding styles to plan. And so, I made one of their favorite casseroles for lunch and set a festive table.

My mother’s China pairs up with Waterford crystal and my silverware from when I was first married.
Gerbera Daisies brighten the day.
A healthy salad with raspberries and blueberries (gotta have those super foods).
The tablecloth is from the local antique store, Amazing Grace Antiques.
Vintage Valentine’s at each place setting remind us that we’re celebrating the gift of love.
More Flowers! You can never have too many flowers.
Let’s not forget about dessert. How about Valentine’s Chocolate Souffle that’s super easy to make?
Plans are moving forward … and without too much drama!
My little girls …
  Then …
And Now!
I love you, girls!
Don’t forget to come back for heart healthy recipes every Monday in February.
My daughter and I will be sharing Veggie Valentines with you all month.
