Charming Eclectic Home ~ Life in Grace
If you’re new to my blog, welcome to my Charming Home Series! If you’re a regular reader, I hope you’ve been enjoying the variety of charming homes featured each Sunday. I’m trying to showcase different styles so there’s a little something for everyone. Today I’m super excited because Edie’s home at Life in Grace is special and unique. Her charming eclectic home is colorful and whimsical with a reverence toward style and design. That sounds like a mouthful, doesn’t it? Well … wait til you see her home … except you don’t have to wait because we’re goin’ on a tour right now!
Edie’s charming eclectic home has a retro cottage vibe inside and was featured in Better Homes and Gardens last year. You’ll see that she has an artistic flair and she has a huge heart for hospitality as well!
A lush comfy couch in the living room is dotted with colorful pillows.
Edie infuses color and fun throughout her charming eclectic home.
Bold stripes on the floor pair with patterned footstools to provide an unexpected and striking flair by the fireside. Edie and her family had to rebuild their home and lives after a fire destroyed their house several years ago.
Now, she has this beautiful home infused with color and her personality.
Her work room generates creativity and energy to all who enter here.
Moving into the kitchen, you see a room with a view … a view of the water, that is!
A sparkly chandelier hangs over the dining space near the windows.
In the far corner of the kitchen is Edie’s baking station …
… and her amazing kitchen island has plenty of storage for her white dishes.
Floral shades hang from the windows above the farmhouse sink.
Edie’s kitchen is gorgeous and functional all at the same time. Perfection!
Ahhh … the quintessential southern porch with all its charm and comfort in classic wicker furniture.
This is where I would spend a lot of my time if I lived in Edie’s charming home.
A cottage style guest room makes my heart sing. I just adore the bedspread!
The master bedroom at Life in Grace is cozy with its dark walls.
It sports an elegant yet casual appeal.
The girls’ bedroom is charming with vintage style iron beds and colorful comforters.
A chevron rug adds playful pattern on the floor.
Their bathroom is equally as charming and pretty!

I love your style, how you mix all kinds of decorating pieces together, that’s my kind of style. Love it!
The elegant, yet comfy sofa grabbed my attention. No wonder it was featured in Better Homes and Gardens. Cool to see a bathroom cabinet that is not white or gray.
I am sure I have missed some and hope to go back to some of the previous Charming Homes posts, but I am certainly enjoying the ones I have been able to catch in the limited time I have had lately. This truly is a Charmer!
