Charming Home Tour ~ The Endearing Home

Charming Home Series, home decor, home tour December 21, 2014

When you take a tour of Lauren’s house from The Endearing Home, you’re going to feel like you’re looking at the pages of a magazine.  Her charming home is impeccably decorated and everything flows together so beautifully. It has a very comfortable, homey feel to it, too. Ready to take a look?

Traditional Style Family RoomThe fireplace takes center stage in Lauren’s family room.

Black and white buffalo check curtains add a little drama to the room.

Open Floor Plan Kitchen and Family RoomFrom the family room, you can see into the kitchen with its quaint breakfast nook.

Look further and you can see into the dining room.

Traditional Style KitchenLauren’s kitchen is nice and bright with beautiful detailing, like the corbels under the kitchen island’s ledge.

I love how open the space is … you can cook meals but still be connected to whoever’s in the family room.

Traditional Style Dining RoomLauren’s dining room has a bit of a French vibe going on with Provencal French style chairs. Did you notice the detailing of the ceiling? The corner windows provide lots of natural light for this pretty room.

Traditional Style Living RoomA traditional style decorating scheme continues into the living room.

Lauren has done a magnificent job of blending subtle colors with a neutral decorating scheme.

Back Porch with Dining and Living SpaceLauren recently finished this gorgeous back porch addition to her stunning home.

There’s plenty of room for entertaining by the fireside. I love the statement basket on the mantel.

Everything about this room is beautiful and the ample windows add the finishing touch.

Gallery Art HallwayIn the upstairs hallway, Lauren has created a gallery art wall with family photos.

A lot of upstairs hallways are a bit dark, but Lauren’s is full of light.

Traditional Style Guest BedroomFinally, a beautiful guest bedroom ends the tour. The bed itself has beautiful carved details and Lauren has made it even more comfy with pillows and bedding.  Be sure to visit Lauren at The Endearing Home to see more of her charming home with its appealing decor.
