Summer means travel time and wouldn’t it be fun to travel in style with a colorful airstream camper like this one decorated by Alison Kandler? She certainly knows how to use color freely and tastefully and it’s always a joy to see her handiwork.

You’ll see shades of orange throughout the whimsical and charming camper the minute you step inside. I have to admit that lately I’m becoming more of a fan of the color orange and its happy, energetic appeal.

White kitchen cabinets and appliances keep the camper light and bright. Orange countertops match the color of the tile flooring.

The kitchen counter is big enough to hold a larger screen television while built-in banquettes coy up to the dining table.

Here’s a view from the kitchen looking through an archway into the bedroom. Look closely and you’ll see there are twin beds on either side of the short hallway, with storage space underneath. Blue curtains with pom pom fringe can be drawn for privacy in the twin beds.

The main bedroom enjoys scenic views out the back of the colorful Airstream camper. Patterned curtains can be closed to keep the sunlight out.

Not normally a fan of orange but I really like how this camper was done. Very tastefully chosen colors. I’d take a trip in it for sure!
