Embrace a Dreamy Pink Christmas This Wonderful Holiday Season

Do you dream of a pink Christmas? I certainly do! As a child, my mother decorated our white flocked tree with stunning pink and aqua ornaments, creating a truly magical look. That might be why I’m so drawn to pink hues during the holiday season. Take a moment to explore today’s collection of enchanting pink Christmas decor!

Pretty pink bows, ornaments, and fabric roses fill the branches of a classic tree. Brown paper packages are tied up with pink ribbon as opposed to strings. The whole vibe is delightful.

Pink ball ornaments are dressed up in pearls and lace. These would be easy to create with plain pink ornaments. Choose a variety of lace trims and hot glue them to the ornaments. Then add a few pearls for added appeal.

Can you guess which of these baubles are DIY ornaments? I made some of these several years ago.

I added them to my gold and pink Christmas tree back in 2016, inspired by my mother. Pink was her favorite color, it’s my favorite color, and it’s also my daughter’s favorite color—it’s a family tradition!

Remember the all-white trees from the 50s and 60s? If you don’t you’ve probably at least seen one in a classic Christmas movie. This one is filled with darker shades of pink and silver.

  1. All those luscious pink ornaments and trees are beautiful. What really caught my eye though, were the colorful printed drapes in shot number two!!!!! I would love to have those drapes. I’m always on the lookout for sheet sets like that, that could be made into eye-grabbing beauties like those. Not so easy to find anymore. Your new pastel decor is so pretty too, Jennifer. Thanks for sharing.

  2. First, I loved your Christmas home tour yesterday! I have an 1880 home now, upstate NY, with many “improvements” over the years before I came along, lol. Similar floor plan to yours. I am not generally a “pink person” but did my enclosed front porch over in pink, with old fashioned white wicker, etc. Love it.
So… I’m 74, don’t usually put up a tree anymore. Then a new friend shared her story, years ago, when she was broke with four small kids, she found a faux tree in front of a nice house just before Christmas, in great condition. She took it home and made a happy holiday for her family on a dime. Totally true, I asked her where and when, and it was my tree! It was from my former home, when I was married, and my then husband wanted to replace our expensive faux one with a fresh. I have major allergies, but I went along with it.
Back to now, right after she told me her story, I was driving along a back road, and there was a beautiful, expensive, pre-lit tree along the road, with a “free to a good home” sign on it. Yup, it is now on my pink front porch, with added decor. But duh, I did it in multi traditional colors, not pink! It has to be on my porch, because my cats love to climb and knock down the bulbs. But now I am on the hunt for pink Christmas lights and bulbs, etc.
Thanks so much for all your posts.
