Fall in Love with an Awesome White and Green Kitchen
Interior designers predict that white kitchens will fall out of favor in the coming year. I’m not sure I agree with that, especially when the white kitchen includes a refreshing pop of color. Today’s white and green kitchen by Kindred Interior Studios proves that point, in my humble opinion. There isn’t a single thing I would change about it.
The first thing that catches your eye is the lovely shade of green on the kitchen island. A suggested color match is Alexandrite by Sherwin Williams, which falls in their historic collection.

Brushed gold hardware adds a bit of polish to the galley-style kitchen. Note how the rug doesn’t have the same shade of green in it, but it’s still pleasing to the eye. In fact, it probably adds more dimension and interest than if it matched the green of the island.

The stove is both attractive and highly functional, and sports a gold-trimmed hooded vent overhead. My dream is to one day have a similar stove in my own kitchen. They’re a little pricey but so worth it!

The view from the other side of the kitchen reveals the pretty farmhouse sink and the dining room in the background. The entire home is colorful and cheerful.

A double oven like this sure would be nice when entertaining friends and family. Whenever I make Thanksgiving dinner, I find myself needing more oven space.

Another angle reveals the beauty of the glossy green tile in the bar area. Look carefully and you’ll see unique carving in the amazing crown molding. Did you know that pineapples are a sign of hospitality? Every kitchen should have one on the counter!

As if this white and green kitchen couldn’t get any better, there’s more storage tucked into the end of the room.

Open the doors to reveal storage space for dishes or pantry items. Or create a coffee station like this one with a single-serve Keurig machine.

What a fabulous kitchen! I believe white cabinets will never go out of style. They are classic and timeless!
Wishing you and yours a Very Happy & Healthy New Year!
That green is an interesting choice and is very pretty in the space. I also spotted the yellow cabinet post and loved it. Yellow gives you sunshine on a cloudy day. Happy New Year and may you be blessed.
Jennifer, this kitchen is gorgeous! That’s a beautiful green. Thank you for sharing.
I hope you have a healthy, and happy New Year!

Loved that green color looked like the green they had in older houses. A very pretty white kitchen and well organized.
