Amazing Historic Homes and Butterfly Gardening: Friday Finds
Yesterday I actually felt a pep in my step and the hope of spring waiting to be celebrated soon. I’m not really sure why I felt that way, it wasn’t particularly warm or sunny. It’s just a feeling that settled into my soul and I was happy for it. This week I also found plenty to inspire me, and I hope today’s Friday Finds inspire you, too.
Omigosh! This historic Swedish house is bus! My granddaughter says “bus” means cool, outstanding, pretty spectacular – you get the idea.
Anyone redoing a laundry room? I think I found the inspiration for my own laundry room. I’m loving the color and flooring of Haneen’s laundry room. She painted a checkerboard pattern on the floor and it’s beautiful.

You’d choose your house, and all the materials would be delivered to your property for a contractor to build. Explore this Sears Willard home located in Zion, Illinois which was founded as a religious community, compete with Biblical street names.
