Friday Finds #22: Preparing for Holidays
After Saturday, we officially enter the holiday season where Thanksgiving blends into Christmas and before you know it, the year is over. I think most of us are probably ready to bring 2020 to a close!
Call me crazy but I already have the Christmas trees up and decorated. As a blogger, I have to get things ready to take photos and then share the decorations in blog posts. It always leaves me feeling frazzled so this year I got started early so I wouldn’t feel rushed.
By getting ready early, I’ll be able to relax and enjoy my family since the halls will already be decked for the holiday. I did instruct my hubby not to turn the Christmas tree lights on yet. We certainly don’t want the neighbors to think I’ve lost it!
I truly hope you all are safe and being cautious with the virus on the rise. And I hope there isn’t any crazy business after the election next week. Our country could use a bit of rest and comfort.
Hopefully this week’s Friday’s Finds give you something to smile about!
First up is another bathroom makeover that shows how a few changes can make a huge impact.
If you’re a fan of greige, you’ll love these beautiful rooms that feature loads of texture and timeless pottery.

A pretty living room makeover features a light and airy coastal style with a list of sources. I particularly like the way the rugs are layered!
Lately I’ve been looking for tasty vegetarian recipes and I found a rice and roasted veggies recipe that sounds super yummy! Let me know if you give it a try.
