Gorgeous Fall Decor, Laundry Rooms + More for You: Friday Finds
Has another week gone by already? Lately I’m waking up when it’s dark outside thinking it’s 3:00 am, only to find that it’s actually 6:30 am and time to get up! That’s the only thing I don’t like about fall – the shortening of days. But I do like all the fall colors and getting things cozy inside. I’ve got some great fall inspiration for you today – among other things.
As the holidays approach, many of you will be making plans to host dinners and gatherings in your home. Set a beautiful tablescape like the one Bre at Rooms for Rent recently created. I’ve always loved her serene style.
My laundry room is in desperate need of a makeover and even though I might not get to it anytime soon, I sure enjoyed looking at these beautiful laundry room ideas. The upstairs bathroom needs to be done first. Maybe I can add both of them to my 2026 New Year’s resolutions.

There’s no denying that pumpkin season is officially here! I’m happy to share that we successfully grew two pumpkins in our garden this year. I wish the vine would produce more, but I’m happy with just the two. Speaking of pumpkins, Janine at Happy Happy Nester is sharing all things pumpkin on her blog -from recipes to crafts and more.
My jaw dropped when I saw the most gorgeous fall mantel from Lucy at Craftberry Bush. Everything that girl does is golden!

I hope you have a peaceful weekend. It’s supposedly our last warm weekend, reaching 80 degrees! Since it’s Illinois, it wouldn’t surprise me one bit if it’s snowing by Halloween!
I loved everything here today! But, as much as I love the darker decor and colors, I just have to have light and bright in my own home. I’ve had my pink phase, my yellow and my green, and am back to rich reds and blues again.
And I am there with you, the last few weeks instead of being up at 5:30 AM, I’m waking up at almost 7 and feeling a bit groggy!
