Green and White Kitchen of the Week

Happy Thursday, Friends! Today I’ve got a super cute green and white kitchen for you – complete with a boldly patterned floor and open shelves.

I think today’s kitchen is super cute. I love the green cabinet color and the light wood floating shelves. It’s such a fresh, modern country look!

The floating wood shelves are styled with cookbooks, baking and serving ware, and a pretty landscape oil painting. I’d like to find some paintings to put on my own kitchen shelves now that I’ve seen this. Maybe I can find something at a second-hand shop.

What makes this green and white kitchen even more charming is the adorable SMEG refrigerator!

The kitchen is positioned by a door to the outside, which you’ll find at the bottom of a short staircase. A large industrial style stove allows plenty of room for a gourmet cook to set up pots and pans.

Here you can see the patterned floor in all its glory. I’m noticing a return to more boldly patterned floors these days – both in kitchens and bathrooms alike.

I hope you enjoyed today’s green and white kitchen by Studio McGee! I know I did.

  1. Really cute! I like the mosaic tile use in homes now. Actually considering it myself in our kitchen but I know it’s a fad and not sure that I want to date it so drastically. Whatever we do will be staying for QUITE A WHILE! 😆

  2. This is such a sweet kitchen. I love the floor but it would date the kitchen later I suppose. I see it’s Studio McGee and I love her style but I don’t think I could keep a minimalist look without adding to it. Thanks for the post!

  3. You had me at GREEN! What a great kitchen, fresh, stylish and charming. A perfect color and just the right accents to make it cozy, but not cluttered. Thanks for sharing. Stay safe everyone!

  4. Beautiful kitchen. If you google free vintage landscape art, you might find a print that you could print out and frame, but hunting for them at thrift stores is fun too. Thanks again for sharing.

  5. The only thing that I like is the retro fridge. Hope they have a huge pantry. Flooring is way too busy, green is dated and not welcoming.

  6. Cute kitchen never thought of using art but if i find one i like i just may. Thanks for sharing this unusually pretty kitchen.

  7. I see that tile pattern being used in the tv show Home Town a lot. It is very pretty but I think I’d like it more as a wall design behind the stove with a beautiful brick wall by the seating area or Island:0) Love the open shelving and that art piece does really add to the space. Seems we will all be staying home longer and enjoying our kitchens. That’s ok with me as Christmas is a coming soon and I already bought some warm wax melts to cozy up for the winter.
Etsy had some cute art prints. We bought our wood shelves from a gentleman on Etsy. Supporting those small businesses is important. Now…anyone have a chest freezer I could buy?! Sigh!!!! Who knew I’d need one of those for 2 people and 2 dogs!
