Rambling Renovators ~ Charming Home Tour

Welcome to another edition of Sunday’s Charming Home Tours!  I keep telling myself I’m going to run out of beautiful homes some day, but then I stumble upon yet another talented blogger and decorator … like Jennifer of Rambling Renovators. She hails from Canada and her charming home is filled with style, light, and color!

Jennifer’s living room starts with a neutral base of wall and flooring color, and then she artfully adds color with yellow wing chairs, blue cabinets, and patterned pillows. I love the painted brick wall in the little alcove on the right.

 

Jennifer’s white galley kitchen is light and airy with glass front cupboards on top and striking hardware on the lower cabinets.

 

Accessories add pops of color and a sliding glass door lets in plenty of natural light at the end of the galley.

 

Jennifer has tackled a lot of DIY home improvement projects, like the painted wainscoting and pretty wallpaper in her dining room. She shares of lot of her room transformations on her blog.

 

… like the makeover she gave her laundry room.  Is it possible to love a laundry room?  Yes it is, because I’m in love with Jennifer’s!

 

Jennifer’s simple master bedroom embraces unique style with an industrial sconce, modern headboard, and architectural trim.

 

The master bathroom is a luxurious space to primp at the beginning of the day, or relax in a garden bath tub at the end of the day.

 

Jennifer’s daughter has a charming girl’s room with a fresh mix of patterns and a pretty chandelier.

 

One of Jennifer’s more challenging projects was finishing her home’s basement. She decked it out with a crafting zone and home office. Her basement appeared in an issue of Style at Home magazine!

 

Jennifer has renovated her outdoor living spaces too, like this cozy back porch.
