See a Gorgeous Rowhouse Kitchen: The Best of Craftsman Style

The homeowner wanted to keep the large picture window in their kitchen (which is fabulous) and craved new cabinetry and storage without knocking down any walls. At first they wanted painted cabinets, but after being shown an inspiration photo with wood cabinetry, they were sold. New checkerboard flooring replaced the worn existing wood floors, creating a lighter look.

A beautiful hood vent pairs with a professional stove, surrounded by warm, wood, cabinets which seem to be the perfect shade of stain for this space.

An exposed brick wall is left intact, helping to increase the warmth and texture in the room.

To enhance the craftsman style of the rowhouse kitchen, beautiful William Morris wallpaper was chosen. A vintage framed poster adds artwork on the floating wood shelf.
