A Stunning Waterfront Home in Florida Offers Luxury Living
We’re headed to the Florida town of Naples to see inside a stunning waterfront home by A Lantz Design that offers color and luxury living. Every room is impeccably decorated with the sunny colors of the southeast.

The entryway features a colorful “thank you” sign above the console. The decor is somewhat minimalist yet doesn’t feel sparse.

Dark blue and vivid coral come together in the sitting room that features large windows and plantation shutters. I used this same color palette several years ago when I featured one of my spring home tours. The palm trees are evident just outside as a constant reminder that this is a Florida waterfront home.

The home office is decorated in the cooler hues of blue and turquoise.

White cabinets pair with pale blue walls in the stunning kitchen with brushed gold hardware. The room feels cool despite the hot summer sun that’s just outside. Textured shades at the windows can be drawn to cut some of the sun’s harsh rays, when needed.

A large rattan pendant light takes center stage over the round dining table with its interesting wooden base and stone tabletop.

The living room is elegant and serene with a symmetrical layout of furniture and lamps.

The master bedroom features a beautiful canopy-style bed with a woven pendant light suspended from the vaulted ceiling. A soft, tropical-patterned wallpaper creates a cool retreat while pops of pale pink add color.

The master bathroom takes advantage of rose-hued wallpaper and flowing drapes.

A guest bedroom reflects the location of the waterfront home with its array of soothing blue tones.

Another bedroom has fun with a trellis-style wallpaper pattern and a large lime-green upholstered headboard. Wouldn’t it be nice to head outside to gather palm branches for a pretty display in a vase?

The Naples, Florida home has gorgeous outdoor living spaces, too. A covered porch provides relief from the sun after bathing in the adjacent pool. The artwork on the far wall mimics the Florida sunset.

A second-floor balcony creates a refreshing retreat in the tree tops of the swaying palms. You can almost hear the palms brushing against each other as they blow in the breeze.
