Cute house.
Oh My. That is a really beautiful home and a really great price. It’s probably less than a house of that vintage and condition would sell for here, which surprises me. Thanks for sharing this beauty. I hope the owners sell soon although I’m sure they are regretting leaving that pretty town.
Jennifer,
This is a gorgeous home. If I were in the market to move to Dixon this would definitely be a great choice. It will sell quickly. Very charming.

This home is gorgeous, if it were near Delta, AL I’d be packing!
Wow! What a fabulous home – it’s got “me” written all over it! I’d buy it in a flash but I live in Australia! I hope she is able to sell it soon for a good price. All the best 🙂
Yep, the porches are what would sell me! Also, the floors are gorgeous. -Dawn @ We Call It Junkin.com

Very, very sweet. I really like it. It’s one of those homes where the owners have decorated it so well that I’m sure potential buyers would want to cut a deal on some of the decor! Thanks for showing it off for the owners. I can’t imagine it staying on the market long.
