Counter tops and the back splash are made of the same stone material (I’m not sure if it’s quartz or granite) creating a seamless look. Beautiful gold fixtures play beautifully with some of the black finishes, like the sconce light above the sink.

Gold drawer pulls look rich with the black cabinets. The curved stone range hood adds a bit of a European touch to the kitchen.

Normally I wouldn’t choose black for kitchen cabinets, but I think it’s the perfect choice for this elegant country kitchen. It brings an element of warmth and richness.

The kitchen island is painted a gray-blue tone, with a clever repeat of gold on the legs of the bar stools. Wood flooring laid in a herringbone detail is another elegant addition to this inviting country kitchen.

Beautiful! Stylish, yet cozy. I love all the finishes and color they used to pull the look together! Felt like I just had a little visit to Europe, thanks for the trip!
An amazing kitchen and although black cabinets would be hard to keep looking pristine, they are beautiful in this instance. I like the European look the range hood provides, but feel that it is a bit overwhelming. Thanks for posting.
Nice kitchen but, i really haven’t seen one i didn’t like something in it. Thanks for sharing.
It’s a rich look but way too dark and heavy or my taste. That’s just my individual taste. I thrive on light and really need it everywhere to be happy. This is an interesting look, though and one thing I do like is the painting included in the decor. That gives the whole look a elegant touch.
I enjoyed looking at this unusual kitchen.
Looks like Dolomite countertops and backsplash! 🙂
This is really gorgeous. I am a fan of black in reasonable doses. We remodeled our lower level family room last year and chose black cabinets for the bar area to match all the black bookshelves down there, a library vibe. I love Euro/Swedish style.
