Farmhouse Bungalow with Shades of Blue
Today’s charming farmhouse bungalow by Harry Braswell, Inc. is sure to sweep you off your feet with its fresh, refined style! It’s beautifully styled in blue and white.
Open the deep blue front door and step into beautiful entryway with a vintage bench and amazing wood floors. A little schoolhouse light adds a touch of whimsy while bamboo blinds and textiles hanging from the coat rack lend texture.
Everything about this cozy blue and white sitting rooms says “cottage bungalow.” From the small windows flanking the white-painted brick fireplace to the casual furniture and slip-covered sofa.
Black framed windows in the white farmhouse style kitchen provide incoming light and views of the yard. A blue and white runner and a small blue stool the color of the front door keep the color palette going.
A blue and white buffalo check window shade provides the backdrop in the breakfast nook with a deep blue kitchen island. The gorgeous wood floors run through this space, as well.
The home office features a unique pendant light reminiscent of a disco ball. Dark blue paint keeps the room warm and cozy.
I’m telling you – wallpaper is coming back! This vintage style powder room gets a fun floral pattern above the board and batten.
A gorgeous rug adorns the master bedroom with its high, beamed ceiling. I really love the rich, jeweled shade of blue that’s used throughout this farmhouse bungalow.
Another fun, patterned floral wallpaper makes its appearance in a girls bedroom with bunk bed and window seat.
The laundry room leans more toward a gray, black, and white color scheme. The sink and cabinetry reminds me of an English cottage.
Outside, a rattan porch swing invites you to stay a while and enjoy the warm breezes during the summer months.

I love, love, love this cottage, and I am so happy wallpaper is making a come-back. I love it. Thank you, Jennifer.
So pretty, and the rugs and wallpaper really made a statement.
I’m not so sure about wallpaper again. It would have to be a small spot in the room or maybe I’d frame a piece. I do think they did a great job in this house though. The blue on the front door is a nice change up with the white. The pops of color makes the home look happy.
Longing to know the details of the rug in bedroom, where to purchase, name of..
Loved this cottage with a blue/white “modernesque” cottage vibe!
The girls room wallpaper looks like a Caitlin Wilson design. So fresh and colorful.
