Farmhouse Kitchen in the U.K.

country style, farmhouse style, kitchen ideas March 15, 2018

Today we’re touring one of my favorite kitchens on Houzz. It has country charm and practicality throughout. This truly appealing farmhouse kitchen is located in the U.K. (as are most of my fave kitchens).

Crafted by Hill Farm Furniture, Ltd., every nook and cranny of the bespoke kitchen tugs at my heart strings. I would love to take this kitchen and plop it into my own home.

The pendant lights are amazing, and I kept these in mind when choosing the new light fixture for my farmhouse breakfast nook. A TV is tucked behind a pair of bi-fold cabinet doors, which makes for easy viewing when sitting at the kitchen island.

A large pantry on one end of the kitchen provides plenty of storage. You get a glimpse of more this home’s beauty from this angle of the kitchen.

As you can see, there’s more than enough space for storing canned and boxed goods, spices, and more. Beautiful wood finishes inside the pantry show the craftsmanship that went into this kitchen.

Need room for dishes, glassware, and beverages? No problem! A gorgeous hutch holds it all! Note the slide-out shelf that provides a convenient spot for mixing drinks.

Although the cabinetry and finishes are higher end, this farmhouse kitchen still has quaint appeal with its black range and open shelves and hooks.

A corner cabinet creates additional space for storing items used when cooking. Careful consideration was given to every square inch of the kitchen.

A gleaming wood counter top hugs the island sink. The hardware and detail on the cabinets emphasizes the custom look.

Cook books cozy up on the shelves at one end of the farmhouse kitchen island. The wooden bar stools emphasize country appeal and an outlet under the counter top makes it possible to use small utensils here.

Wowza. There are so many great ideas in this kitchen. I especially like the pull out surface under the cabinet. Much better than a bar cart (I think)! Pinned

Wow, what a stunner. The wood door in the background of the first shot is beautiful. Love the butcher block counters. Many of my favorites are in Europe

This kitchen would definitely suit you. I love the dark color of the countertop on the island – so many are too light for my taste. An amazing kitchen, for sure.
