A Stunning Georgian Style Home: Interesting Blend of Decor
Today we’re touring the inside of a beautiful Georgian style home by Imperfect Interiors located in the U.K. The dwelling spaces have a wonderful mix of traditional, farmhouse, and Victorian styling to create a unique and gorgeous home. It has a touch of eclectic flair which makes it all the more interesting.
The kitchen has an amazing wall of windows with pretty, creamy colored vases lining the shelves. Of course, I saw this and immediately want to replicate the pottery collection on my own kitchen window sill.
The dining room features a pretty Victorian fireplace with mirror and looks cozy and lovely against the dark gray walls. White painted trim adds crisp freshness to the space while dining chair slip covers provide a touch of softness.
I love all the architectural elements you find in older houses, like the double doors leading out to the deck of this Georgian style home. The deck provides a cozy place to enjoy morning coffee while being serenaded by a talented pianist.
A painted staircase wears a neutral runner that mimics the rug extending through the front hall. The white stairway is set off beautifully by the rich wood floors of the first floor.
Soft tones create a peaceful bedroom in grays, cocoa, and blush. The look is elegant and comfortable at the same time. I like bedrooms that are simple and uncluttered like this one.
Another bedroom in the Georgian style home features a simple farmhouse look with map artwork and a casual woolen throw on the bed.
Patterned tile sets the stage for a large bathroom painted in soft hues. The arched doorway creates a grand entrance to the room.

So simple with just the right decor to make it special. I loved the kitchen and living area, lights, stairway and view, warm and lovely home.
I love those prints flanking the fireplace!
Are you a thrifter? You can visit a few shops and have a vase collection fairly easy. Keep in mind spray paint to change what you don’t especially like. Hobby Lobby has some cute vases, too.
Nice home. The dining room was really special with the beautiful fireplace. As much as I love books and library spaces, I would have preferred to see lovely plates and china decor on the shelves.
I could envision those vases in your kitchen!
Jennifer, because the “eclectic” decorating is all that you’ve stated, I love it.
