Colorful Farmhouse in Classic English Country Style
We’re heading out to the Rockies today to enjoy a tour of a colorful farmhouse designed by Todd Remington Architect. Inside, you’ll find a bit of English Country style mixed with farmhouse appeal. Pink and green are the dominant colors and I think you’ll find this home refreshingly appealing.

You’ll find a few touches of pink and green in the farmhouse kitchen with spacious island and matching pendant lights. Painted custom cabinetry frames the industrial range calling attention to its uniqueness.

Old breadboards prove their worth as art hanging on the wall.

The Colorado farmhouse exudes a bit of Early American style in the entryway.

A bit of traditional styling makes its way into the living room with soft colors, a shiplap ceiling, and a beautiful chandelier.

Another gorgeous chandelier hangs above the dining table in this soft, romantic room.

The bedroom looks elegant and serene with its neutral color scheme. A great way to add visual interest in a monochromatic room is by mixing patterns and textiles.

Pink reappears in the bathroom, paired with yellow and white. The elegant soaking tub would be great to lounge in after a hard day’s work.

Florals and plaid come together in the sunroom. Dark pink walls add a bit of drama while expansive windows give a peek at the beauty outside.

Just outside the sunroom is a wonderful covered patio with a stone fireplace, wicker furniture, and ample seating for a friendly dinner. The red barn creates the perfect backdrop for an afternoon or evening spent outside.

This was an enjoyable tour. It is refreshing to see the touches of color in the decor.
What a charming home! I love the use of color. Thanks for sharing it.
Beautiful country house at it’s best! Every room and every detail is lovely, lovely.
I’d love to have a country house to decorate it like this.

So lovely, she did a great job with colors, very classy and warm.
Love the tour. Thanks so much for posting so much eye candy on your blog.
My heart beat picked up on seeing the colors used in the sitting area next to the kitchen! It’s so nice to see color! Thanks for the tour!

Come over and Let’s Party.
I love everything about this home. The use of color and floral prints is so refreshing. I’m finding the farmhouse look a little boring. This house is brimming with personality!
I loved this home, thanks so much for finding it to share. It made me think a bit of Alison Kandler’s colorful home designs- with the cold, gray and snowy weather we now have in much of the country, I find myself seeking hot pinks, rich greens and other sunny colors.
Also, the “Dimples and Tangles” blog always makes me smile.
Thanks again for brightening my day.
Wow. When can I move in?
I adore the vanity area in the bathroom!
It’s so refreshing to see colour as opposed to all the ‘greige’ we typically use…me included!
Thanks for re-sharing this wonderful home. Very talented usage of color, textiles and design. Colorful but not garish. Love the slight lean towards Early American, colonial design. It’s modern but grounded. And those chandeliers!!
Very restrained and coordinated for the English! I like it.
So classic warm, beautiful,..totally lovely.
This home is absolutely gorgeous. Like everything about it really. And the colors are so tastefully done.
Floral patterns with checks! Lovely home!
I really love those light green plaid chairs and they look comfy too.
