Discover an Attractive and Cozy Texas Farmhouse Cottage
A charming Texas farmhouse cottage in the heart of New Braunfels perfectly balances classic country allure with modern sophistication. This adorable and comfortable haven by KM Designs, Inc. offers a serene retreat with casual style.
A delightful front porch sets the stage for what you’ll find inside.
Cathedral ceilings create a sense of spaciousness in the living and dining area. A unique fireplace treatment commands center stage in the living room decorated with neutral tones. A vintage wooden trunk works beautifully as a coffee table.
Off white sofas pair with a tufted arm chair that features sides wrapped in leather. The nubby rug lends texture and durability underfoot. My cats would enjoy playing with the fringed edges.
A gorgeous wood table is the centerpiece in the simply decorated dining room of the cottage farmhouse. A large fork and spoon on the wall bring a touch of whimsy to the space next to the EAT sign.
Pops of red add cheerful energy to the custom kitchen in the farmhouse cottage that features white cabinetry and pristine wood floors. A small stained glass piece is suspended in the center window above the apron sink. The red bar stools are similar to the end chairs in the dining room, tying the two rooms together.
A penny tile floor graces the pale blue and white bathroom decorated in vintage style. The whimsical “Hot Bath” sign explains that clean water costs extra!

Very nice- except way too many “signs” throughout the house. I do appreciate seeing a well put together smaller home.
I’d love to have uncovered windows, too. But my old house is in an old CNY small city- houses are very close together and to the sidewalk and street. Also, I need to cover my windows to keep heat in or out, depending on the season.
It’s a perfect farmhouse and I love the size and how it is decorated. Thanks and Happy New Year.
Absolutely beautiful and very well put together. I love the pops of red in the kitchen and the giant fork and spoon and eat sign. Nice job!
