Green and White Kitchen: Small But Functional
I realize I’m probably in the minority, but I actually prefer a small kitchen over a really big one. Yes, you can usually enjoy more storage space in a big kitchen, but if planned properly, a small kitchen can be highly functional, like today’s green and white kitchen by Copper Sky Design + Remodel.

Since the kitchen doesn’t have a lot of horizontal space, the most is made of vertical space with high cabinets. A sliding library ladder makes it easier to get what you want in the top cabinets. The floor provides plenty of interest with a patterned tile in the same green and white color.
Brushed gold lends an air of elegance via the doorknobs and light fixture. A few minor wood accents help warm the space.

A white farmhouse sink provides a down-home look in the cottage-style kitchen.

A pair of windows above the sink let in plenty of natural light, along with the French door at the opposite end of the galley-type kitchen.

I really find the green and white color palette, with wood and gold accents, quite refreshing. How about you?

I agree I like smaller kitchen and this one is so pretty. Thanks Jennifer.
So pretty!
This is a cute kitchen, but I wonder if I would get tired of moving the very necessary ladder.
So pretty! Love it!
So cute, but I’ve always wondered if you wouldn’t get very tired, very quickly of moving such a ladder.
