I hope you enjoyed today’s charming home tour. It’s a bit different than what I typically feature. I don’t know what it is but mid-century modern homes have always held a special place in my heart. Maybe because like historic homes, they have unique architectural details.

Hi Jennifer,
What a surprise it was to see a home from my city featured on your blog today! So cool!
Thank you,
Cathie
Wonderful windows from every room so the views were breath taking.
The home is amazing, but it could be a shack sitting there with those views and it would be okay by me. I’ve always loved the mid-century modern style. There are so few left in my city ….
That is a beautiful home, and lije others have said, the scenery is the star. Although I’m not a big fan of mid century, I can appreciate the beauty of that home.
Reading back issues of your blog…this is stunning. Hubby and I were just saying today it would be fun to sell our big house and all the stuff and move into a simple contemporary updated mid century style home, maybe with a scandi touch, for our last few years.
